A $10 surcharge applies during designated holiday and busy periods.

Dog Boarding: Charged per kennel, per day (not per dog), capped at 7 days per stay.

House Visits: Charged per visit, with a daily surcharge cap of $20 and a maximum of 7 days per booking.
