Drop-offs & Pick-ups

All drop-offs and pick-ups must occur during posted
business hours and are by appointment only.

What to bring

• Please bring enough food for the duration of the stay in a container with feeding instructions included

• Any medications in their original labeled container with written instructions

• A familiar item from home such as a blanket or toy (optional but encouraged)

• Proof of vaccination if not already on file

Outside of hours policy

Requests outside of regular business hours must be scheduled in advance and will incur the following additional fees:

• 7:00 – 7:59 AM — $30

• 8:00 – 8:59 AM — $20

• 12:00 – 1:59 PM — $20

• After 5:00 PM — $20 base fee, plus $10 per hour

These fees apply only to pre-arranged appointments outside normal hours.

We understand that life happens, arriving a few minutes early or late within reason is not a problem.

However, consistently arriving far outside our hours without notice may result in added fees or denied service.

These policies are in place to maintain a structured environment, to give dogs peace and quiet, and ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs in our care.
